I’m planning to get a full telescope setup, but I want to know if there’s anything that I’m missing. I plan to get the Orion astrograph 8”, the Celestron advanced VX equatorial mount, a coma corrector, the ZWO AsiAir, a guide cam and scope, the ZWO 1600 pro mini monochrome cam with included LRGB filters, a collimator, and a bahtinov mask. Is there any advice on what else I should get to get the most out of it?

It looks like you'll have everything you need! @rjhanby makes a good point about adding a USB hub, but as of now as long as you plug in your guide cam and your filter wheel straight to the camera instead of the ASIAir then you will have enough ports, even for an autofocuser down the line :)
From what I read, change in temperature is the biggest cause of focus change. With that in mind, assuming your gear has reached equilibrium with the environment, long runs, especially if the temperature is dropping sharply would increase the need to refocus. For me, the major attraction was the hand remote that let's me focus without touching my gear and causing tremors.
Assuming you are going to plug a thumb drive into the Asiair (pro?), you will be out of usb ports. If something like an auto focuser is on the horizon, you may want to start thinking about a usb hub. Assuming you want to use a battery so your rig is portable, getting a hub that will run off ov 12 vdc is a good idea.
