Hi guys,
It’s DangerZone2486 from Discord. I’m not on there anymore so I am going to be posting on here when I can if that’s alright? Cannot wait for the new season of the Galactic Course to arrive!
This is an image I took of the Blue Horsehead Nebula containing data shot over two nights. I am hoping to add more data to this existing image over the next week.
I am extremely surprised about how I’ve managed to pull out even more dust, and I can thank my improved processing skills and the additional data for this image!
This is also my longest stacked exposure I have ever taken, with this image now totalling 97mins of data.
It’s totally worth sticking to one target at a time! I’m even thinking this is now my favourite photo I have taken.

Hey Zak!! Wow, beautiful pic on such a difficult object, especially with just a camera lens!
The Blue Horsehead is such a faint target that is hard to process, you did awesome honestly, "only" 97 minutes of data from a Bortle 5 zone and you get this result? Impressive processing!
PS: Season 3 is 99% done! Just reviewing everything now and we expect to publish it in a few weeks :)
